Pretty insulting to bring up a term like eugenics. Why do YOU think

Native Americans never put a sail on a canoe? Never put a wheel on a sledge?

Is it really your claim that modern humans migrated out of Africa, some settled in Europe and mixed in some more ancient Neandertal genes but others moved on to south Asia without those changes. Some moved farther to Australia, East Asia and eventually North America. all the unique mixing of genes that over 100,000 years humans made significant changes in their outward appearances but none in their brains? Color me skeptical. And I'm not saying smarter or better or anything like that... just different.
