I answered the question. I'm fine with what SCOTUS decides here. I think it
is arguable that section 3 of the 14th amendment may not apply to the President. But it is also perfectly plausible to say that it does, too. If SCOTUS determines it is applicable and removes Trump from the ballot, I'm fine with that. I'm definitely fine with it if they want to wait until his felony convictions play out first.
My analysis still stands though. They are going to kick this can as far down the road as possible. Trump will be on the ballot and we'll have beat his ass the old-fashioned way. Again.
