Only one court — a uniformly Democrat court in Colorado — has ruled he’s ineligible. And even then three of the seven Democrats on that court couldn’t stomach this level of corruption and so dissented.
So, again, you dodge the question, which is asking for
your opinion only.
To answer your question, yes, it would be wrong to ban a convicted felon from the ballot, as there is no Constitutional justification for doing so. If there were, then every cycle you’d see one party trying to convict the other’s leading candidate in a show trial just as Dems are doing with Trump right now.
