No it isn't. No court in our history has had to decide this question.


Colorado says he should be. Minnesota and Michigan say he should not be. The Supreme Court will have to work that out. The only question I have is whether or not they'll decide that before or after the election.

Question for you; would it be wrong for the courts to disqualify Trump from the ballot if he ends up being a convicted felon?
