Unfortunately, none of what you claimed we’d need in that first paragraph actually appears in the 14A. So, technically, you don’t need any of that. Which does give me a tiny bit of concern, although I just can’t imagine the SC upholding CO. Or punting - they’ll resolve it, and Trump will be on the ballot in all 50 states.
Your second paragraph is just the same tired, old, well-worn, giant shit you reliably take all over the constitution when discussing Trump’s legal jeopardy.
