Another state, because you feel the rest of the country isn’t sharing the burden, you should give that state the same heads up you’d want if that state were sending masses of people to you.

When Abbott or DeSantis are chartering plane loads of travelers and dropping them around random suburbs of Chicago, or in Martha’s Vineyard, they’re just performing for their base. Maximizing political chaos for political points.
