these people when they put them on a plane? Are they asking them first where they would like to go, perhaps where they have family? Are they making any claims that they will find housing or services at their destinations? Do they give them any supplies or information about where to go when the depart the charter busses? Do they have a choice about whether to get on or off the plane or the busses? Are they given any information about their arrival city? What if they say, "no way I'm getting on that plane?"

I think Abbott may be engaging in fraud or illegal coercion. I think President Biden should hit him with full legal consequences of that.
