OK let’s not go overboard. It was a gotcha question. They answered

Badly. They should’ve answered it exactly the way she answered it on the clip explaining that speech alone is not punishable, unless it threatens, intimidates, harasses specific people. I would’ve explained that and then said, but yes, publicly calling for the genocide of all Jewish people would be against our policies and punishable.

But this was just a failure to be clear in answering a question intended to provoke outrage. They weren’t showing any moral failure there.
