Interesting. So higher turnout in almost every county/city but

with red counties/cities generally higher than blue (if I'm reading it correctly).

It tells us that significantly more voters (of both parties) came out in 2021 vs 2017, with red counties generally showing the largest increases in turnout.

But the raw numbers are what matter the most. Those red dots are the least populated counties in Virginia. An 11% increase in voter turnout in Mathews County (population 8,546) is not more important than a 5% increase in turnout in Fairfax County (population 1.14 million).

I suppose it's possible that people who would otherwise have stayed home went to the polls motivated by CRT, but I can't tell that from this data.
