In his OP he called Justice Roberts the Chief Assclown, not anyone else. (God only knows how you figured otherwise.) Later you replied to me that he never posts his viewpoint by design, to which I replied that his OP made his viewpoint on the issue perfectly clear, i.e, that Roberts only “considering" steps for justices to "adhere to the highest standards of conduct” is weak sauce and that action needs to be taken on a code of conduct for SCOTUS. At no time did I say whether I approved or disapproved of heckling judges, only that Wax’s point was clear. You, however, jumped to the incorrect conclusion that I support heckling judges.

So what have we learned? We’ve learned that I was not white knighting for Wax, but rather refuting your claim that Wax never posts his viewpoint by design when in fact he had just clearly done so. If I were you I’d re-examine your baseless conclusions about me on this issue and give this thread a little more thought before posting in it again.
