I'd be fine with no reparations if I were Ukraine. It looks like

they have a legit chance at EU membership now if they can just get the Russian troops out. That will go a long ways towards helping their economy.

But as others have noted, how do you give Putin a win? I don't see incentive for him to stop. He knows he is screwed with the oligarchs and the Russian people.
