or you really don't get the difference between buying a handful of foreclosed properties back in the 1990's (where the bank owned the property already and was going to sell it to someone) and personally fixing them up so they can be houses again (and not blighted shells or bulldozed for commercial development or new condos) and then making some money by selling them at fair market value (what Warren apparently did) and rooting for a financial meltdown so your corporate empire can snatch up a bunch of development properties on the cheap and saying so publically.
