For the most part true, although if she can go in there and lowball buy

a house for $4K as she did, vs say a more fair market value, the original owner is that much more on the hook should the bank go after them for the balance of the mortgage. But again, I don't fault her for doing that. That's being a savvy business person, doing her homework, taking a risk, investing time and money, and profiting if successful. I take issue with her then criticizing Trump for doing the exact same thing.

It would be the same as if she were criticizing Trump for setting up an Injun owned business and profiting from those advantages set aside for such businesses.
