My "name calling criticism" was clearly aimed at

those who anonymously downvoted my post rather than at least offering a reasoned response and identifying themselves by doing it (at least by their board user name). That's just intellectually lazy. For you to jump to the conclusion that I was criticizing anyone at all who would dare disagree is quite a leap and tells me you didn't read that post very carefully, because it was about the manner of disagreement and not about holding a different opinion than mine. At least you took the time to offer a reasoned response to my first post, which I welcome. In fact, the lively disagreement here is what makes this site interesting. As far as your belief that I support BDS, let's just say you presume to know much more about me than you actually do. There's a tendency on this board to lump everyone into one of two categories and to assume they buy into all the opinions associated with their assigned category. Just as you pointed out regarding the Israeli-Palestinian situation, it's not that simple. Don't fall for it.
