Both are indisputably evidence of conflicts of interest, which is...
...clear grounds for recusal, not only ethically and morally, but also according to NY law. Again, you'll defend this hack to the death because you must, but that won't change reality.
And there is a shit-ton of Biden bribery evidence, which you'll continue to ignore. You guys like to pretend that there is "no evidence" of something like the Biden bribery scandal unless he's caught on film accepting pallets of cash (and you'd probably ignore that, too). Although that would be evidence, that is not all that "evidence" means or includes. Having a deadbeat, unqualified, crackhead son on foreign payrolls is evidence. Having that son travel with you and arrange meetings for you is evidence. Having your business partner testify under oath that you were involved in bribery schemes is evidence. Having countless opaque shell companies established to hide payments to your family members is evidence. Checks with your name on them is evidence. Bragging on TV about blowing up an investigation is evidence. Tax fraud is evidence.
I think you probably understand all this and are just pretending not to because you must, so I'll leave it there.
