Having that son travel with you and arrange meetings for you is evidence. Having your business partner testify under oath that you were involved in bribery schemes is evidence. Having countless opaque shell companies established to hide payments to your family members is evidence. Checks with your name on them is evidence. Bragging on TV about blowing up an investigation is evidence. Tax fraud is evidence.
