I think that is 180 degrees wrong. There is a current axis of evil, and

It’s Russia, China, Iran, and NK. Iran has no faction like in our Congress blocking aid to Putin. He is now reliant on them in Ukraine.

Without a doubt given the stakes, it is folly to count on your analysis. I often agree with you, but I think you’re judging risks/rewards based on the world before Ukraine was invaded and Iran became one of Putin’s most important arms suppliers.
