I’d be ok with some sort intake system where we track the homeless

population by individual, track the assistance we’re providing (including mental health assistance), and also track “homeless violations” (eg intoxicated in public, urinating/defecating in public, trespassing, etc) and at some point you start forcibly rehabilitating people (ie lock them up where they’re forced to get help to be released). Yes, it would cost money. I think it’d be money well spent
