Ok fair but

You have to admit that a Federalist would say the states make the determination of if their certification is valid, not anyone else, except for of course our judicial systems’s role. So really it’s their call and always should be. Could you imagine what would have happened if say the POTUS/Executive branch of our Federal Govt had power - Trump would have happily decertified the results himself and declared himself the winner... challenging states rights when it comes to their certifications would be the road to fascism.

I know your opinion on this, and of course you know mine. If there was fraud/corruption etc bring it to a court and if not, just stop.

Re:abortion —
I don’t necessarily hate letting the states decide abortion. I think how we got there with minority rule when Americans overwhelmingly supported Roe v Wade is problematic, but I don’t see this as the worst result we could have obtained.
