The study referenced didn't look at fines & asset seizures, and whether


that "effectively" cancelled a business, though, so you can't say it's unprecedented. It's apples & oranges.

Dissolution would be taking away all business licenses. Seizing one property would still keep business licenses in place for the rest of the company and Trump could still make money off of other properties. That's entirely different than pulling all of his licenses and completely shutting down the company.

Find me something that looks at the precedent for large fines for businesses for committing fraud and them having zero assets seized if they can't post the legally required bond, and we'll talk. But the study looked specifically at court rulings for fully dissolving businesses, and the court ruling against Trump did no such thing.
