That is falsely conflating two completely separate issues, the dissolution


one in the study/article not even being real anymore.

Issue 1: In September, the judge called for dissolution of the company, but rescinded that in the final decision in February. This article/study was from January (before it had been rescinded), so in the end the judge wised up and didn't go forward with that unprecedented treatment.

Issue 2: Trump was fined $354M for the fraud, and has to post a bond for the fine + interest while the ruling is appealed. If he can't post the bond in time, his assets can be seized. That is completely unrelated to the dissolution ruling mentioned in #1/the AP study, which also made no mention of fines and related asset seizures.
