I've offered similar lists in the past


and 75%+ of Americans would agree with a lot of this.

The smart technology one is new to me, not sure I love it though. I've entertained thoughts about there being mechanisms to track and disable guns, though it feels like maybe that should be a feature not a requirement (the tracking would fly in the face of the "we need a check on our government" crowd, which I understand though it seems ridiculous in this age).

We're in the process of putting 2 irresponsible parents in Michigan away for quite a while. We'll see where these efforts lead. Horrible story, btw. I feel absolutely terrible for the kid - it was all so, so unnecessary.
