All that aside, I am aware that some courts heard some cases, and some of those courts sided with Trump and some with Trump's opponents. Most cases, however, were not heard on the merits, which is what I was referring to -- they instead punted based on things like laches, standing, etc.

That's all fine -- I'm not saying those courts were necessarily wrong to punt and personally believe that the legislatures, not courts, were probably better sources of potential remedy to the violations we saw in 2020. That said, the courts that punted in absolutely no way weighed in on whether the election was run legitimately because there was never any finding of fact on that matter. They are completely irrelevant as far as allegations for illegality/fraud are concerned.

You are correct that I will continue to post about the illegality and unconstitutionality of the 2020 election, and I will continue to post it because it's true. Court rulings (or courts punting cases) do not establish reality. They simply provide an instant opinion on a matter of law. They can be overruled, and they can also be wrong, so what they say proves nothing. Which is exactly why libs claim that abortion is a right enshrined in the Constitution despite the U.S. Supreme Court (which, by the way, never ruled on any election cases) ruling otherwise.
