…there is an entity trying to detect it. That’s a false premise. Democrats do everything they can to make fraud easier to carry out and more difficult to detect, and there is only one reason why. So, there is no basis for the presumption that Democrat government officials in, say, Atlanta, Philly, Milwaukee, Detroit, etc., would try to detect vote fraud that they believe will benefit their party. This fact is one reason why the study linked by the OP is reductive.

Second, vote fraud can occur by the following methods:
— Stealing ballots
— Buying ballots
— Requesting and then voting ballots in someone else’s name
— Voting in places of non-residency
— Stuffing ballots

The first four are all made possible by vote-by-mail, and the fifth is made easier by it.

Note that the facilitation of vote fraud by vote-by-mail is enhanced by other scams promoted by Dems, including the erosion of voter ID, erosion of signature match standards, ballot “harvesting” 🤣🤣🤣, unattended drop boxes, allowing weeks of voting and counting pre- and post-election, importation of millions of illegal aliens, etc.

Again, you don’t have to take my word for it. Multiple Dems are on the record stating concerns that mass vote-by-mail is problematic. It wasn’t until they figured out the mass rigging available in 2020 — in particular to eject Orange Man Bad from office — that one all of a sudden became an “election denier” for expressing what had been up to that point commonly and widely held concerns about this farce.
