Your "walking around money" theory is absolutely insane. You expect that they can walk up to 30k people in a city over the course of a month and nobody will turn them in? In a city where Trump gets 5% of the vote (less than he gets in DC), that amounts to 1500 people. And to actually net 30k votes that wouldn't have already gone to Biden they have to walk up to way more than 30k people. There is no possible way they talk to that many people and not a single Trump voter calls up the local news station or records it on their phones. That's the entire argument about it being impossible to keep such a secret that I made before you posted this theory. Your approach is even more insultingly stupid than I expected from you.
