I have. I’ve lived in my complex for 18 yrs. I mail my common fee payment


To the local property manager monthly - small vendor, so my bank’s bill pay doesn’t make electronic payments. They mail it. Exactly once in the last 18 yrs the mgmt company failed to get the payment.

In fairness, it’s possible that they lost it after the post office delivered it.
