Not responding to the article at all....but, given how bad the Postal


...service is....if you really want your vote to count, that's the last placed I'd go....and FWIW, both parties should be fully aware of this prior to this year's election, and they should be very clear in their messaging, as should every voting registrar in every precinct.....YOUR VOTE MAY NOT COUNT if sent through the postal service...because it may never get there.
