I admit I'm fascinated by this discussion because talking about some kind of line at 16 weeks ---- Roe set that first line at 13 weeks --- and it wasnt as if that court said economics was a reason that made it ok to terminate. It is interesting that Roe was somehow ok, but the mere notion of trying to federalize some legislative and updated version of Roe is seen as automatically horrific by some.
