Their own way to the streets of America they’d like to live on, and let them live there. And those already living around those areas - they’re all perfectly happy to watch their streets become camp grounds, which will be extensive. Throw the doors open as you favor, but with no welfare assistance - I doubt there’s a street in Manhattan that wouldn’t be full on open air immigrant housing developments.

And of course, since there’s no way to monitor what could be 10k or more streaming in per day, we’ll rely on their honor not to have terrorist aims or distribute fentanyl or other drugs.

In other words, you’d like to take your libertarian utopia to an extreme whereby the country really doesn’t have borders, where all you have to do is want to come, and you’re more than welcome to be a new homeless person. SF has declined in no small part due to the fact that people prefer not to live and work in open air homeless shelters and latrines. Your vision would turn most of America’s cities into the most homeless-inundated parts of SF, not to mention how much fentanyl ODs would increase. I’d guess exponentially.

Zero chance of any of this, and there shouldn’t be. It’s libertarian ideology for an imaginary world.
