Anyone with ears can hear what Trump says

Which is generally awful and offensive, but more and more it's nonsensical as well. I don't know many healthy 60-year-olds who say shit like "We are an institute in a powerful death penalty" or "All of it, because of lots of things like Nikki Haley is in charge of security." Hell, I know 95-year-olds who make more sense than that.
