Yes, Obama should be immune from prosecution for that action. To hold otherwise would cripple the Presidency. Every tinhorn prosecutor in the country, like Willis and the NYC fatso, would be charging Presidents with crimes.
You can’t have a sitting POTUS having to appear in some backwater jurisdiction because some idiot, political prosecutor charges him/her with something.
