Of official duties, if the action is malevolent, purely self enriching, or violates some other crime or misdemeanor. But she, or he’s typically held accountable in office through the impeachment process. I do think there are crimes a president could commit as part of official duty that should be enforceable by both impeachment and criminal proceedings once impeached. War crimes might be an example.
And the second point of courses Trump is charged with are for actions outside his official duties as president.
