I have that in my own practice for filling controlled substance refills. We have an authenticator app that I had to sign up for, and when we got registered, I had to bring a passport and drivers license to the appointment and the app even set up my fingerprint scan for verification. I have to enter a password AND fingerprint scan to use it each time and it's linked to my phone only. If I get a new phone I have to take it down and show my credentials again to get it installed on a new phone. Not saying everyone should have to use this, but it should be an option for those that want to vote but looking for something more convenient.
