You'll have to show me where I acted like that at all. I mostly think

restrictions on abortions past a certain date are a solution in search of a problem, but I did read an article where they attempted to categorize abortions past the 15 week mark, and it seems a higher percentage than I would have expected are NOT due to medical exceptions.

My broader point is if we can't put reasonable restrictions in place because overzealous AG's will ignore those reasonable restrictions, just throw in the towel. If AG's are going to ignore clear black letter law and prosecute anyway, they could do that regardless of what is or isn't in the law. If you go with viability, what's to stop an AG from ignoring that and prosecuting an abortion at 12 weeks because, well, he's going to ignore any laws and just proceed with prosecution anyway. THAT is the bigger problem. I don't think we should be held hostage on passing reasonable laws because AG's are going to ignore whatever we pass.
