He’s been confusing basic concepts for a while

Way back in 2017 he was confusing health insurance with life insurance. It wasn’t a slip of the tongue. It was a fundamental inability to understand how health insurance works. He simply doesn’t understand basic things. He’s an idiot. But the MAGA base doesn’t care.
