Seriously, I never understood why ads against him weren't his greatest hits

Take out a 30 second TV spot. Lead in with Biden or Clinton saying, "I approved this message because you should know how horrible Donald Trump is." Then play a string of video clips one after the other of him being horrible. You could repeat the same thing with him being stupid. Make dozens of different ads and just run them over and over again and then end with a tagline of "We are too good of a country for this man to be our President."
