won’t explain his thought process, because, well he generally doesn’t have much of a thought process.

I’m fine with the argument that some people shouldn’t be let out on bail because they pose too much of a threat to society. Ok fine. Deny them bail altogether. It’s the cash part that I don’t think makes anyone safer… unless you can show people who post cash bail commit crimes at a lower rate while out on bond. I don’t think the data would show that.
