Well, some people are just understandably worried about nuclear war.

There’s Ryno’s post below, which is in support of Russian propaganda. Don’t know what’s in his heart and soul; maybe he’s just a troll getting jollies from liberal tears, but some are rooting for Russian kleptocracy to win this battle of governing philosophies.

Many others just want the hostilities to end ASAP, so people stop getting slaughtered like this, and the risk of nuclear confrontation fades for all our sakes. They think war crime accusations are counterproductive in pursuing that goal.

I thought this was an enlightening segment on the NewsHour yesterday. In a nutshell, focus on “Crime of Aggression” if going at Russian senior leadership. What we’re talking about here are war crimes and crimes against humanity, and it is very difficult to prove chain of command up to senior national leadership on those. Even if it can be proven in court that Russian forces committed these atrocities, which seems like a good bet, it’s hard to prove they did so under orders. Especially from as high up as the Kremlin.
