Yes, it is misinformation...
First, many drugs are used on both humans and animals -- do you mock all those, as well? Do you mock people for taking penicillin because "it's mold"? Of course not, because your mocking of Ivermectin is purely political.
Second, regardless of Ivermectin's use in the animal world, it has been an extremely effective drug in the human world for decades, with its creators even winning a Nobel Prize for it, as I understand it. Below I've linked a CDC website that literally recommends it for refugees coming to America even if they are not actually sick. Ivermectin may or may not be effective as a treatment for COVID, but many doctors -- who know far more than you -- believe it is potentially effective and prescribe it as such.
In light of the above, to call Ivermectin simply a "horse-dewormer" in the context of discussing treatments for a potentially dangerous virus in humans is an obvious attempt to misinform and virtue-signal, although it has the opposite effect if the listener has even basic knowledge of the facts.
