In 2016, the controlling narrative was the Uraninium (non) scandal, the 37 Benghazi hearings in Congress, and the emails. Republicans stayed on message with a lot of discipline, and controlled the efforts by the Dems to change it to Gold Star Families, War Heroes silly enough to get captured and Pussies.

However, R's can't find a message and they'll need to be talking about Don's taxes in their Senate races where it will surface and from the inevitable Lincoln Project ads. This isn't that conversation that Don and his campaign wants now....by a wide margin.
