Tax returns only offer directions. The key information

Will be in the K 1s and that will just show the names etc. of the entities he is invested in. And even investigating those can only take you so far because in addition to wanting to know what the entity is and does and else is invested, what you also really wanna know is what was the source of the capital he invested in those entities
