Ever wonder why these things happen in the black community? It can't have anything to do with incarceration rates, poverty rates, joblessness and other issues that are contributed to by racial prejudices, can it?

This is just another version of the "you can't protest police brutality until you solve black on black crime" bullshit argument. Introducing many other things the white community demands the black community "solve" on their own before they become entitled to complain about public servants disproportionately arresting, incarcerating, beating the shit out of and even killing black citizens is just another way to continue the subjugation.
