What is really funny is they are left arguing about this

Whether she should have seen and put into some other context a (c) embedded in a body of an email that sounded unclassified to her, was sent to her on an unclassified system, was originated by someone else, and which had no markings at the top or in the subject to indicate it was classified.

This is the best they got. That an executive who probably rarely generates her own classified documents, and even when she does probably just jots down ideas and sentences to an aide who actually prepares any formally releasable document, is supposed to instantly recognize a security marking violation when the person who wrote and presumably reviewed their own email did not recognize it before hitting Send.

But yeah, she totally should have been on top of that security violation committed by someone else. Totally disqualifies her from making executive decisions.
