He said that no Muslim judge would give him a fair shake.


And no, I don't think that off hand about the Trump U presiding judge - not saying that I know anything about the judge in question, but I assume that a US federal judge is capable of remaining impartial, and the burden of proof is on the person claiming otherwise. And just the mere fact that the case is going against him is not proof. The case appears to me to be going against him because that's where the facts of the case lead.

So yeah, I disagree.
