It forces me to take a step back - what is this really saying about Donald Trump? He's a bigot? That's one thing and is bad enough. But it goes even beyond just bigotry as an indicator of his fitness for office. He is shooting himself repeatedly, and simply won't stop. He expresses anger at his staff for suggesting that he should lay off the anti-Muslim and -Mexican rhetoric.

Guy I work with is more or less trying to avoid voting for Hillary at any cost. His latest claim is he needs to wait to see who Trump surrounds himself with before making a decision. But looking at this spectacle play out, I don't see how it matters who he surrounds himself with. His ego is so completely off the charts that he is impervious to even the best advice. He just does what he does. One must assume that in the high stress job of Pres, he will be very inclined to ignore any and all advice as he is doing harm to the country.

This whole thing really does reinforce for me that Donald Trump is completely, 100% unfit for the office of President of the United States. Basically he is suggesting that Muslims and Mexicans lack the dignity, discipline, and sense of professional responsibility to remain impartial as judges. Simply by virtue of their ethnicity. Any questions about whether he is a bigot should now be answered. He is. Through and through.

So what, Donny, we now know that all Muslims and Mexicans (or is it all Hispanics?) lack the ability to deal with you impartially - how can you possibly be the leader of the free world if that's the case?

Whatever I think of Hill, I really, really hope the country wakes up and completely repudiates this guy, in absolutely historic fashion.
