Millennials tend to be idealistic and impatient but also kind, caring, and into making the world a better place -- where Boomers were hands down the most selfish and materialistic generation in history and into having a bigger McMansion than their neighbor and bragging about their bank accounts and Gen X'ers were their nihilistic, grumpy children.

And don't forget the "greatest generation" wasn't exactly very "great" to anyone who wasn't a white male Anglo Saxon protestant.

I think a lot of us are hard on millennials mostly because they're so different than previous generations and that isn't all in a bad way.
