No country on earth has eliminated drug use. Most have eliminated gun use.


The two are fundamentally different and I always get frustrated when I hear this *NRA talking point* of an argument. It's a red herring, tbh.

The main challenge we would have would be cleaning up the 300 million guns our diseased society has in circulation. That certainly could not be accomplished overnight or even in a few years. Probably would take at least a decade just logistically.

But people will always find a chemical release. Always have, always will, and lots of ways to do it. Also really cheap and easy to smuggle ... and addictive.
