problem with that approach. For it to have been believable, it would've required it being an honest mistake in judgement. Tough to do if, as I suspect, it was willful and totally intentional and she knew full well she was playing games with what was allowable.

Instead she opted to delete 30K emails about yoga, wipe it with a cloth, and fight turning it over as long as she could. Not exactly signs of remorse and cooperation for an honest mistake.
