I don't see how that is contrary at all. And even a flawed


legislation was better than anything the GOP was proposing to solve the single most runaway public expenditure driving the deficit, which was NOTHING.

EVERY legislation deserves the opportunity to address unintended consequences IF it is otherwise solving the problem it was intended to solve. And the ACA is doing just that - it is providing affordable health care insurance to many millions of US citizens who otherwise would have nothing. And the fixes are obvious
