What about the right to own a firearm? Rights are rights, right?

If we go by the logic that one has served their time and paid their debt to society why limit their rights, especially for non-violent felons?

I don't particularly have a concern assuming each felon was analyzed on a case by case basis, but the shear number here would indicate this was likely not the scenario.
