Incidentally, there is a case of a Muslim truck driver.

He was hired to be a truck driver and one of the things that his employer has a contract to transport is alcohol. He sued and the ruling was that the employer should have provided him an accommodation by not requiring him to transport alcohol.

Whether this is a reasonable accommodation or not, it is patently absurd to say that driving a truck containing alcohol is more of an infringement on his religious beliefs than requiring a photographer to attend a gay wedding.

In fact, if I ran a photography company and I hired a Muslim photographer who asked to not be assigned to gay weddings, it would be hard to imagine the government not forcing me to make that accommodation.

So essentially the requirement is, I suppose, that you are required to have at least one non-Muslim / non-Evangelical Christian photographer in order to be able to accommodate gay weddings. And if your last photographer who is neither Muslim nor Evangelical leaves the company, then you are required to keep hiring new photographers until you get one who is willing to do gay weddings because, of course, you can't ask the applicants about their religion.
